Return Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for Frenios Store returning items.

Return Timeframe:

  • Stocked Items: You may return stocked items within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Custom Items: Unfortunately, custom items (including made-to-order or personalized products) cannot be returned.

Return Conditions:

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in new, unused, and original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

2.   Specify: The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.

3.   Return approval: We will review your request and send you instructions on how to return the item(s) if approved.

4.   Return shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

 

Refunds:

  • Stocked Items: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
  • Custom Items: As stated above, custom items are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions or that are outside the return timeframe.
